I would like to thank the jury members and the FéCANE for this great tribute. It is a great honor for me to receive this award. I thank all Nova Scotia Acadians for having adopted me 25 years ago and who have supported me in my work to raise awareness of the Acadian and Francophone music of Nova Scotia worldwide. I would also like to thank “A l’infini communications” in particular Martine Girard for her hard work to help me share my music to almost every corner of the world for almost 17 years. And finally thank you to my family for their unwavering support since the beginning. This distinction is an important milestone in my career and helps me to continue my efforts to spread the French and Acadian language everywhere. This beautiful painting will be a constant reminder of all of those who have supported me for over 20 years. BLOU
